phace is required to verify the identity of all players. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phace login credentials, including your email address and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. phace will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
You must notify phace immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. phace is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
phace reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or failure to complete KYC verification. You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting phace customer support.
phace accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfer. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at phace's discretion. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. These thresholds may be adjusted by phace at any time with reasonable notice to players.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements. phace does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. phace is not responsible for any losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of phace shall first be submitted to phace's customer support team for resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within 30 days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration law. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Metro Manila, Philippines.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
